I would give NO STARS if possible.We DID receive our bill but when we paid our taxes (or tried to) online it was never deducted from our checking accounted.. We then called, and gave the information over the phone. Again NEVER DEDUCTED from our account. Now we are delinquent!! What do we pay these people for, if they are not going to do their job??
Long story short they helped me resolve an issue with vehicle tax promptly and very politely. These people have hard jobs and dont deserve the harsh reviews stars
These people just simply ignore the calls. I've tried multiple times with no luck. Pure bureaucrats!
