Was visiting a friend and needed a haircut. Called and was able to get in same day with Judy. She was wonderful and did a fablous job on my hair. I am pretty picky but she nailed it.
The actual hair services are nice, but there is s major issue with scheduling an appointment. Called Tuesday and left a message with the stylist. Did not receive a call back by Wednesday, so I called again around 12:30. Talked with the stylist who stated she would call me back in 20 minutes. Almost 24 hours later I still did not receive a call back, so I called for a third time. I was put on hold. After 10 minutes on hold, I hung up and started the search for another salon. I have been going to this salon for over a year and this has been an ongoing issue. The younger stylists may need training on the importance of following up with the clients.
