Best auto care experience I've ever had. Took my brand new 2017 Subaru Crosstrek in to get a patch on the driver's side rear tire. The wait was only half an hour, the patch cost under $20, and they gave me an air pressure gage that I could keep. Thank you for your amazing customer service. As long as I reside on this part of town, I'm not taking my vehicle anywhere else.
I've gone to this Firestone location several times now, and have had positive experiences. The only downside is that they're often busy, so if you want work (more than an oil change) done I recommend making an appointment. Having said that, I've seen them go out of their way more than once to accommodate an out-of-town vacationer with unexpected car trouble.
In my experience they do good work, talk to you plainly, and don't try to unnecessarily overcharge. Being a woman who knows a little about cars, I appreciate that they assume I have a brain and talk with me about what's going on. They don't try to pressure you into having more work done than what you planned, but will let you know what they believe needs fixed in the future. I bought four tires from them, and about 6 months later one of them went flat. They pro-rated the replacement so I got a new tire very cheap. I've also had them work on my car's suspension and a/c. They could have charged for expensive repairs, but in both cases they made easy fixes that all-together cost about $150. The feeling that I get from employees there is that customer service is the most important thing.
Staff was nice to me. Unisex bath room, baby change station, lotss of information. I recommend them..
This is the only firestone in Horry County I reccomend. Art is the GM and second to none as far as customer service and professional services.
