However, one thing that really disappoints me is what my husband experienced. He prepaid for a service that he ended up not receiving and 2 years and several phone calls later has yet to receive a refund!
The staff has improved greatly since my last visit. They were professional and competent. Dr. Hayes is always great and he was very gentile with the services that he performed for me on my visit. They need to add WiFi for their patients.
I don't really know how this place got this rate either they pay for it or impossible. workers in this place were great they were so nice and kind. But the experiences I had there was awful with the fixing my teeth. I went there for one of my teeth but they gave me a total inquiry for 3.600$ I said I cannot pay that much money is it anyways I could just fix some of the teeth that hurt me they said yes you can do it and I paid for it. but after that, they fix four of my teeth, two of them was the tooth that I didn't want them to fix. I asked them why was the reason you fixed the tooth that didn't bother me but you didn't fix the one hurt me. they told me to doctor decided the one they fixed was more emergency which didn't affect me at all and It was filled 2 years ago. their excuse was doctor knows better. I told them how come doctor could know better than I do because I feel the pain every day after that she said we understand you but we cannot do anything but we can give you a discount if you will fix the one you want us to fix. how could I trust them to do it? also why I had to pay their mistake to fix it? now I am leaving with this pain every day because the doctor wants me to go fix and pay more money. I strongly not recommend this place.
My wife had an appointment and the staff was amazing. The dentist seemed genuine. When the exam was finished that's when the used car salesman showed up. I have great insurance and they still want 3700 out of pocket to pull 4 teeth because of one bad one??????????? And he wrote her a prescription for an antibiotic that she did not receive when she said she needed to consult with her husband before making payment arrangements.
I arrived for my appointment 25 minutes early. Had to wait an hour and a half in the waiting room. It wasn’t that busy and my appointment was early morning so not sure why the wait was so long. The hygienist was nice and the cleaning was fine, so other than the wait my experience was okay.
I enjoyed my visit at Aspen Dental only after I got in the back. The only reason I’m not giving this a 5 star is because the woman at the front desk was very rude. Other than the receptionist, everyone else was very friendly and helpful when it came to answering my questions.
