I switched from the "other" Conway state farm branch to Jackie Stokes. My agent Crystal is phenomenal. She went through all my policies and made sure I had the right amount of coverage. She also got rid of unnecessary coverage and save me some money.
I have several policies through State Farm and I couldn't be happier with the service I receive from everyone at Jackie's office, especially Crystal. She always does her best to get me the best rates possible and to answer any questions that I might have, even if it's after hours! She never hesitates to work through her lunch break or to stay late for me if I have an emergency. You definitely can't find excellent customer service like that anywhere else!
