Friendly, professional and reasonably priced!
Fast forward a year or so we got the ring out of the jewelry box where we put it the day we got back took it to another jewelers and they informed us the ring has a hairline crack and to get it fixed right it was going to be $$$. Never again.
Friendly staff but to make a long story short.
My fiancé took her grandmother's wedding band that was past down to her to Shirley's Jewelers to be sized. We sent it out it came back the wrong size they sent it back out and this time we were told the ring broke and tbey had to fix it and wanted to charge us more money because they fixed it.
I brought a jade bracelet there weeks ago to be repaired and haven't heard anything since. I have repeatedly called to no avail, now the number is disconnected. I have repeatedly tried to go to the store and can never catch them open. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and will be contacting the authorities.
