We eat here almost every Sunday and we've never had a bad meal. The waitstaff can be gruff if they get busy but they will make everything right if there's a problem or you speak up about something.
Best Italian place anywhere close to Conway, family atmosphere, cozy but can be noisy if they get a big group from CCU or something.
Our annual golfing group of 20 plus visited Rotelli's this evening. The place was packed which indicates a well served meal and consistency with service, normally! It was not to be tonight, our group was never offered water with our meals. An Italian restaurant that never offered bread and when requested was NEVER received. A member of our group NEVER received his Caesar Salad with grilled chicken. NEVER! ! 2 individuals at my table ordered a large pizza in which they received and finished completely while my buddy, without a meal, watched them eat. I ordered Penne with grilled chicken and broccoli in a supposedly white wine sauce. The dish had absolutely no flavor at all, until I drenched it in Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper. The pizza was average, portions of meal good, service extremely poor and absolutely the worst I have been exposed to!!
Extremely upset with my order. I ordered one thing; instead, they gave me a completely different meal. After speaking with the boss, they said they couldn’t do anything about it and i️ had to pay for the meal. So then, I️ ordered another meal with chicken, and it didn’t come with chicken. Never again, waste of money.
Excellent food, reasonably priced, love the wait staff. Tuesday's the pizza's are 1/2 price. What a deal! Also, make sure you try the breadsticks. They are so good!!!
Great food, specifically the pizza. A little disappointed a couple times with the non-white sauce on pasta dishes, but otherwise a great Italian place! The people are very friendly as well.
