Initial estimate for work that will be done next week. Technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Was able to diagnose the problem and recommend solution. Work will be done next week. So far, excellent. Also explained service agreement and showed the savings so we will purchase that also.
For the most part, had some Great service....there has been a couple of bunps in the road but over all great. I have had then for about 8 years.

They were prompt and thorough. The best part is they shared in depth information about the unit, the maintenance required and life expectancy. We just had them back for our first maintenance service call, they were early!! Our technician is the best. Four Star came highly recommended by many, now I understand why.
