Great place to eat. The staff is always friendly and nice. And the desserts are amazing!!
This is the absolute best spot in the CCU area to eat lunch or breakfast. Great food, reasonably priced and the people are the greatest.

Used to be good but the new owners are having a rough time. It's unfortunate because there are very few delis around here and I was going 2-3 times a week. They are cutting the sandwich meat way too thick and forgetting items on sandwiches even when they're slow, has happened 3 times to me. At a cost of $10 for lunch you would think you could get the sandwich right once in a while. The new help seems to be family and they have a hard time with basic friendliness, short curt answers like yeah and uh huh No THANKS for coming or Hello, I feel like they they don't want my business. On one visit the owners mother (I believe it was her mother) came to my table, I had finished eating and my daughter still hadnt rcvd her food, rather than apologize she asked me if I had been there before and explained to me that hot food takes longer...well yeah but a good food establishment will send it all out together, she offered us a free piece of cake but was generally unconcerned that my daughter still didn't have her food. My suggestion to the owner would be to go visit some real delis and learn a thing or 2. My suggestion to the reader would be to skip this place and go to the deli off Forestbrook Road in the Food Lion plaza, it's only another 5 mins up the road.
I love their sandwiches. Most all things are home made.
