I would have not even given 1 star but it wouldn't allow me to post without at least one. I called to get a estimate and the owner said I will be there in the am to make an estimate....the day came and went and when I called to find out if he needed to reschedule, and his wife very rude told me that he had to go out of town and that he would call me to reschedule. Come 4 days later no phone call at all so again I called and he answered said who dis? I told him and without any response he put the wife on the phone where again very rude says I told you he has a better job and can't do anything for you! Never once told me anything or I would have went and found a some one else. Please check their insurance and make sure stuff is legit before hiring for roofing job.... Professinal businesses and employees don't act like them. Be careful please...

In November of 2017 I was in need of a new roof on my home in North Myrtle Beach. Being a two-story home, the roof was very high with a very steep pitch. I also wanted a fireplace chimney removed. I called three roofing companies for an estimate and chose A-1 Roofing & Siding and owner David Rodmaker of Conway, S.C. Dave and his crew had the existing roof removed and the new one installed within 1.5 days (this included carefully removing the chimney and replacing some damaged wood). He used a premium underlayment and Landmark Architectural shingles. Workmanship was excellent and cleanup thorough. All this and he was the lowest bidder. I highly recommend Dave and A-1 Roofing & Siding.
