Staff is fantastic. Breakfast was mediocre. Fridge didn't work, couple of roaches found. I give it 3 stars mostly for the staff.
The breakfast was below standard and the orange juice tasted as if it were canned.
The bathroom was large with a hot tub-bath, everything was clean, and the bed was comfy. The front desk had a bell and the staff was always nearby. Breakfast wasnt amazing, but average.
Terrible customer service and from the locations manager so there was no one else for us to speak to except corporate. We had booked a room for 4 nights for our employee and had faxed over the credit card authorizations and contracts they requested ahead of time. upon our employees arrival the manager was extremely rude to her telling her he didn't have her information (which they didn't because the letterhead on their paperwork had the incorrect fax # so all of our information was sent who knows where). After our office resent them the information to the corrected fax # he was still rude to her, and embarrassed her in front of the other guests checking in. Needles to say we called corporate, had them cancel the reservation and booked with Comfort Suites, MUCH better experience.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was adequate.
The PTAC constant fan would not work on heat or A/C, only on fan mode. The room got too cold on fan mode only.
Ugly
There was no elevator and even though the hotel was almost empty the desk clerk put me on the second floor facing the highway with noisy traffic. Remember the fan did not work on constant and heat.
Dirty, smelly rooms. The weekend day manager was very nice and helpful. But the complaints got forwarded to the night manager who was rude, did not apologize for the inconvenience and even hung up on me. The shower door was mounted on the outside of the frame so the bathroom flooded when the shower is used. Overall, it was a bad stay. Very disappointed at this normally reliable chain.
