The management here was also wonderful. Spent more time talking about family and memories than numbers, but when we got to numbers it was fast an painless.
I contacted the Hwy 90 shop and Rich was reprimanded. When you buy a used vehicle they give you 90 days or 3000 miles. I had driven less than 1000 miles on it. I just want to WARN anyone you may know and anyone who is reading this, DO NOT GO TO THE HWY 501 LOT TO GET A USED VEHICLE. PASS IT FORWARD. Wonder what happened to that warranty???? I had to give them one star in order to post this. Other wise they would get now stars. Also when you go in the office, it smells.
This is a great and respectable dealership. My fiance and I bought a dodge journey and our salesman was Nate. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, open and honest. He didn't rush us or make us feel pressured to buy, he isn't one of those pesky salesman who another you the entire time your there and bombard you with 60 questions. He takes it at the buyers pace. If you go here, request Nate to be your salesman and help you through the process.

Not your typical used car lot. Good selection, fair prices, low pressure. Was able to test drive multiple vehicles. Go home and think and research and come back and test drive again. Take the one I liked to my mechanic to be looked over before making an offer. Whole process was easy and comfortable. Thank you Jeff and Ed.

So, I took it up to Hwy 90 and they confirmed that in fact major repairs needed to be done (1014.00). My mechanic was more expensive so of course I let the Hwy 90 shop make the repairs. Rich lied right to my face according to the Car Fax report. That makes me wonder if there is any reason to have a Car Fax. However, when I called him about it, he called me a liar and my mechanic a liar. He said there was nothing wrong with my truck. Everything that had to repaired are all a part of the items they checked before buying. When I drove the truck off the lot there was a noise. Rich said it probably just needs to be greased. You tell me, is that a bold face lie??????? STEERING & SUSPENSION CHECKED.
I bought a truck about 20 days ago from the Conway office on Hwy 501. The salesman, RICH, cannot be trusted any more than you could pick up a vehicle. He gave me the car fax which said they had checked the suspension and the steering. It plainly stated that on the car fax report.
I wish there was a 10 star rating because I would give them 10 Stars this car lot has treated me better then the Big Chain dealerships I bought many vehicles in my life and nobody can hold a candle to this dealership I bought a beautiful Z71 from them and had an issue with the power steering pump but needed to go to Atlanta that weekend they were so helpful they just gave me another truck to drive for a week while I was out of town and they fix my truck with no questions asked. They treated me like I was their best friend of 20 years this is my trusted car dealership and I will be purchasing more vehicles from them thank you guys so much
