Bought my first car about three months ago all on my own thanks to these guys! I travel ALOT back and forth & car is still running great haven’t had any issues so far so good. Didn’t know what the heck I was doing in the beginning but these guys showed me the right direction. They were such nice friendly guys, definitely went out of their way to take care of me! My experience with Auto Traders was 2nd to none. They bent over backwards to get me the deal my son was looking for. I wish i didn't even have to leave 1 star. Other posts are exactly right when they say they "polish junk". We drove two hours to look at a vehicle that we were hoping they were honest about. The black Yukon Denali was awful. You would think they would be somewhat truthful when they are dealing with someone that works on vehicles but apparently they didn't care. They said nothing was wrong with the vehicle and to take it out on a test drive for "as long as we wanted", how do you take a vehicle on a test drive for as long as you want when the gas light is on. Well, they put some gas in there then with a gas can but the light came back on about a half a mile down the road. My fiance noticed shaking and an idling problem. The tires were all cupped on the inside. When we took it back, we said that we would think about getting it if they would come down so we could get the new tires and ball joints replaced. They didn't seem like that was fair so we happily handed the keys back. Also, they didn't have water that day. So they said they couldn't "wash" the vehicle. Well how did they wax it then?? It was just freshly waxed, and the wax job was awful. I guess they waxed a dirty car which is just great for the paint on the vehicle. Oh well, i am glad this happened, got a MUCH better Yukon all around and newer at Hardee's in Conway. Check them out, they are wonderful!
Finally a positive experience with a used car dealer! The MB Auto Traders team treated me well throughout the entire buying process. They also had a great selection for nearly all price ranges. Definitely recommend.
