So far so good, didn't wait an overly ridiculous amount of time, normal wait. People don't understand that insurances don't pay doctors very much and they have to schedule as many as possible in order to just break even. Now that's not the doctor's fault, that's the insurance companies. I waited over 6 hours for a another doctor (different type of doctor), left, went back, waited 4 hours, went back and left after one hour, now that is ridiculous.
Dr. Ramsey took the time to explain everything concerning my knee replacement surgery and made me feel a little more at ease about having it done. His residency at Georgetown was also a key to my decision, it's one of the top schools on the east coast.
Dr Ramsey and his staff are all very pleasant to deal with. Didnt wait anywhere near as long as I have with other doctors. Got a class that fully explained what I was in for (knee replacement), answered all my questions and followed through with every thing they promised. I would recommend Conway Hospital to anyone needing surgery. Dr. Ramsey's PA Chris does a great job stitching you up. Can barely see the scar.
My wife recently had hip replacement surgery by Dr. Ramsey. You couldn't ask for a better experience. From the consultation right on through Dr. Ramsey and his staff were nothing but polite and professional. No long wait time in the office. The operation was done at CMC and the staff there was excellent as well. No complaints and no regrets.
well first they wanted to do an ex ray at my first appt after I already had one and an MRI then refused to take out cyst that is causing me extreme pain, then refuse me a knee brace,then I left a message for nurse to call me back ,2 days later i had to call them ...then they refused to give me pain medicine then over schedule so you can sit in the waiting room for over an hour then when you go back in the room you can wait another hour before doc comes in.money money money they don't give a crap about quality care its all about the mighty dollar!!!!! so sick of wasting my time trying to get help from crooked doctors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I would not recommend this doc to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
